Thank you for purchasing BeanBon Home Coffee Roaster from Avigo Technology Co., Ltd. The warranty provided by us is restricted by below warranty terms.

1. Warranty Coverage

For products under warranty with below descriptions, we would provide warranty service to your BeanBon Home Coffee Roaster for the malfunction because of the defects from the material or the manufacturing process. Register the warranty within 7 days after receiving the product, and have 1-year warranty and after-sales service for your BeanBon Home Coffee Roaster. (The warranty starts from the date of shipping out.)

2. Out of Warranty

(We have no responsibility to warranty or compensation for below situations.)

1. Customers operate the machine without following the manual (including paper and electronic version) and cause the damage.
2. The damage caused by the inappropriate management or use.
3. This product is only suitable for home use, but forbidden for business or industrial application. The warranty will be terminated if the product is used for business or industrial application.
4. The damage, defect or failure is caused by the unusual environment, dust or the inappropriate position for ventilation.
5. The machines with malfunction results from positioning on boat, vehicle or other tools for transportation.
6. The appearance or the surface is abraded.
7. The machine is tore apart by people but not authorized service support vendors nor service engineers allocated by company.
8. Machine with invalid purchase receipt.
9. The purchase receipt isn’t matched with the actual machine, or is fake.
10. Machine is damaged by the unforeseeable factors (including abnormal voltage, collision, falling, flood, fire and other nature disasters.)
11. The warranty is out of period.
12. Products aren’t purchased from Avigo Technology Co., Ltd. or distributors authorized by Avido Technology Co., Ltd.

3. Warranty Support

1. We have right to decide whether to fix or replace with flawless parts for free.
2. Customers should proceed warranty registration after purchase to have warranty support. We provide support and other related service according to warranty registration data. Machines without warranty but in need of our support will be charged according to our charging standard.
3. The parts replaced from the machine for warranty support are our property.
4. To exchange products according to the warranty support, we have the right of exchanging your product purchased from Avigo Technology Co., Ltd instead of repair; your product is going to be exchanged with same current value or same product but similar or later grade model for free. The warranty of the exchanged product is same as the period of original product.
5. The warranty of the product you purchased from Avigo Technology Co., Ltd won’t be extended or started over because of ongoing or finished repair, and the warranty of all the installed parts would reach its end as the same date of the original product warranty.
6. If there are reasons not attributable to us (included but not limited to the lacks of parts, delayed shipping and so on), We have no responsibility to the laws or compensation for the delayed, or unable to proceed or finished repair or service, and the damage or claim not on the product itself.
7. The warranty coverage only works for the original purchaser. It is forbidden from transferring the warranty.
8. Please mind that the memory or setting of the machine inputted before could possibly lose during the process of repair or service.
9. We (Avigo Technology Co., Ltd.) have the right to revise this paper without further notification.

Note: According to the rules of this warranty, we would charge for the labors and travel fare after providing service if we find out "the product" itself is without any malfunction or defects.
