Terms of Service

The terms of service on this site is to ensure your right and obligation to purchase products from Avigo Co., Ltd. When we speak of "Avigo", "we", "us", and "our", we mean Avigo Technology Co., Ltd. When you put the orders, pay, consume, and execute other related behavior, it means you have read, understood, and agreed to all the content in this terms of service.


If you are under age of 20, please make sure your parents (or legal guardians) have also read, understood and agreed to follow this terms of service, and you could use or continue all services on this site. Any disputes over purchasing without permission from your parents (or legal guardians) will be no responsibility and obligations to our company and website.


If you don’t agree with our terms of service on this site after consideration, please immediately stop registering process and using the service.


1. Personal Information Security

If you agree, you could provide us your correct personal information, and register to become members of BeanBon. Registration of being members requires no pre-payment. After registration, you could log in this site and join the service-related activities and purchase. You must assure all your information is complete and correct. If there’s any change in your information, please take the initiative to log in the website and modify by yourself. If you provide any false or unreal information, BeanBon has right to stop or terminate your membership, and refuse to continuously provide the service to you.


You have the responsibility and obligation to save your "member account and password" properly, and it’s not allowed to leak, lend, transfer or use any other ways or pretext to the third party. You should log out after every time using in order to prevent from usurping your account. All the activities executed through your account logged in BeanBon online service platform is considered as your behavior, and you must be completely responsible for unless it’s proved the case it’s not attributed to your action or responsibility. If the case isn’t attributed to BeanBon that your account is usurped and causes your personal lost, BeanBon will not compensate for it.


About your personal information saved in our platform, BeanBon has the responsibility to avoid data leakage according to this term. Your personal information will not be leaked to or provided to the third party unless for the purpose of finishing transaction or membership service so that provide the information to companies providing relevant service, or there’s update to the terms.


While missing account and password, or finding out your account usurped by third party with no reason, you should immediately notify us and report your account situation. Without instantaneously notify, we couldn’t prevent and solve the problems efficiently. The member should be responsible for all his/her lost.


2. Personal Information Safety

We will obey the laws and regulations related to personal information safety. We will only use your personal information according to the terms of use, privacy policy and laws. With below situation, we would probably provide your information to related department and companies, or the other third party with official paper from judiciary to claim that their rights have been violated:

  1. Respond to the request according to the laws, from police or judiciary for investigation, or from other organization powered by the legal procedure.
  2. Protect other customers or the third party’s legal right in the urgent situation.
  3. Keep this website running functionally.
  4. Provide the essential information to the third party cooperated with us for the money flow and logistics or other cooperation.
  5. Users violate any laws and regulations or the terms of service.
  6. This website is connected with Avigo. Other websites are not applicable to out terms of service and privacy policy.

3. Notify

You agree to have email for common notification, and phone calls for the important notification about your right of personal use and purchase.


4. Purchase

  1. The amount of the products on this website is limited. Please finish the order process once the selection is done. Products in the cart doesn’t mean that the order is finished. If there’s other customers finish the order process completely before you, the system will notify you that the product is sold out and ask you to remove it from your cart.
  2. You need to put the order based on the set quantity and price on the website. We accept the cancellation within 3 days after order, otherwise; the order will be locked and activated. The deal is established once the payment is made by customers unless the laws are with other regulations.
  3. Our website will automatically notify you through the email or other way once your online order process is finished. However, this notification is only to let you know that our website has received your order, but it doesn’t mean the deal is completed or the contract is established. We have the right to decide whether to accept your order or not. If we confirm the deal is correct, the payment is done, and the stock is available, we will directly arrange the shipping without further notification.
  4. For all the online shopping on this website, members agree to take the electronic trading data of online shopping as the standard record. If members find out the trading data is wrong, members should contact our customer service immediately. If there’s dispute, members agree to take the electronic trading data as the standard record.
  5. If one customer puts multiple orders through different accounts, we will only be responsible for shipping the quantity limit of one customer.
  6. The price of the products on this website shows only the product itself but doesn’t include the shipping fee. The shipping fee costs $80 if the total amount of money is under $2000; while the total amount of money reaches $2000 or above, the shipping fee is free. The shipping fee will be included in the final number at checkout.
  7. Any updates of shipping fee will be announced on website immediately.

5. Return of Goods

  1. Every products purchased from BeanBon website is with7 days of cooling-off period. (The date starts from the receiving day according to the shipping ticket. 7 days include weekends and holidays.) Please mind the difference between cooling-off period and trial period. Once you receive the product, please check the content of the package and its quantity. (If you haven’t make up the mind to do the returning process or not, please keep the package complete.)
  2. Please keep the package complete if you haven’t decide to return the goods or not. If you purchase the consumables or any product can’t be back to original situation, and if you haven’t make up the mind to return or not, please keep the package the complete.
  3. It’s your right to return any product in 7 days of cooling-off period, but the returned products have to be unused, with its original package, and brand-new situation, then you could do the process of returning and get full refund.
  4. Products must be return in original situation. (Below included but not limited to situations will influence your right of retuning goods, and you must afford the related cost quoted by the supplier.)
    1. Products, manual, relevant equipment, giveaways, or accessories are not complete.
    2. Products or the appearance of the box are damaged or fouled. (Including the barcode outside the box.)
    3. The warranty sticker of the product is damaged.
    4. Opened consumables......etc.
    5. Particularly marked products on the shop page of our website.
    6. The giveaways are without cooling-off period, and are refused to be returned exchanged individually.
  5. Once your returned products is checked by us, and everything is good, refunding will be finished within 15 days (Not including the weekends and holidays.).
  6. Every order only provides one chance for returning the goods. If you apply too many times of returning goods because of your personal reason, we will stop or terminate your right to purchase or have our service. Thanks for your consideration for any inconvenience caused.
  7. If you desire to speed the process of returning of goods, you are agree to have us as representative to handle the electronic invoice, credit note, sales return or any related affairs.
  8. All the details we may not describe above will follow the laws and regulations of Republic of China (R.O.C).
